When you purchase from Lady Luck's Boutique, we collect certain personal details such as your name, email address, mailing address and phone number which are required from you in order to complete your purchase transaction. All information you provide to the company will be kept strictly private and confidential and your information will never be passed on to any third parties. We do not record credit card information, this is handled by a third party, Paypal. This information is never viewed by us.
Your email address may be retained in order to inform you of future offers from Lady Luck's Boutique. If you receive such an email and do not wish to be contacted further by Lady Luck's Boutique, simply email back and you will be removed from the mailing list.
Methods of Payment
Paypal - This is the preferred method, as it is quick and easy to pay for your item and it is the most secure option. If you don't have a Paypal account, don't worry, you can still make a one time payment without Paypal storing your information. We can not accept credit card payments directly. All credit card payments must be made through Paypal. If an e-cheque is sent through Paypal, Paypal will notify us when it has cleared (usually about 7-9 days). Only when it has cleared, will your item be dispatched.
Cheque - Cheques will only be accepted if you spend over £20 due to banking charges. To pay by cheque, please contact email@example.com with your order. Please make cheques payable to Lady Luck Inc. Ltd and contact us for the address to send it to. If you choose this option, the items will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared.
Postal Order - To pay by cheque, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order. We accept uncrossed postal orders only. Your order will be dispatched when the postal order is received. Please remember when sending a cheque or postal order, to write a note with your name, address, and details of your order.
To return an item to Lady Luck's Boutique please follow the below terms and instructions:
We must be notified of any returns within 7 days of the arrival of your item (we allow 5 days delivery for UK and 8 days for Europe). Please email us indicating the reason for your return and if a refund or replacement is required. Items must be returned to us in their original packaging and clothing must still have the tags attached.
Lady Luck's Boutique is not responsible for the postage when returning an item, it is your duty to pay the return costs. Please make sure you obtain proof of postage when returning an item and return the item via the method it was delivered to you.
Faulty items will be replaced or refunded and the postage cost will also be reimbursed.
Once the item has arrived we will then issue you a refund or replace the item (with the same item or same item in different size). We will not replace with a different item. The item being returned must be back at Lady Luck's Boutique within 7 days after contacting us with the return request.
Non-returnable items include earrings, body jewellery, lingerie, custom and made to order items, unless faulty. Any queries about which items are non-returnable, please do not hesitate to get in contact.
