​Shipping

All items are in stock unless otherwise stated on the weblisting. Our current dispatch time is 24-48 orders from the time of order. For custom orders and those items we order in especially for you, please note the dispatch time on the item listing. During busier periods, it is possible that an item make take up to 48 hours to dispatch. If the order is urgent, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

 

UK Delivery

 

Standard Delivery  £4.50 flat rate.

We use both the Royal Mail and Interlink Express to ship our parcels. Proof or postage is always attained and the majority of our parcels will have tracking. Items sent via Interlink will have an email notification with details of your one hour delivery slot.

If multiple attempts at delivery are made or the parcel is not collected from your local depot and then returned to us, the customer is responsible for any incurred fees and for redelivery.

 

Returns

We will only refund missing parcels if they haven't arrived within 14 days of dispatch. We rarely hear of an item arriving damaged, but if so, please send a photo of the product to info@ladylucksboutique.com so that we can resolve the issue.

 

UK Shipping is FREE on all orders over £100.00

 

International Shipping

 

International shipping prices start at £5.50 for delivery to Europe. 

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred upon the item entering your country.

Airmail is the usual method for sending parcels overseas, but on occasion, Surface Mail will be used.
